Dear Donald
We have just introduced a non-refundable graduated
submission fee to replace our retaining fee system at Hull
in the hope that this will be easier to collect and will
provide students with the incentive to submit within one
year of the end of their prescribed period of study.
This is simply a sliding scale of fees imposed on
postgraduate students who submit beyond the statutory
period. Details are as follows:
FULL-TIME STUDENTS
Year 1 First six months: no fee
Months 6-12; £100
Year 2 £200
Year 3 £300
PART-TIME STUDENTS
Year 1 No fee
Year 2 £100
Year 3 £200
Year 4 £300
Year 5 £400
In each case the fee listed applies at the conclusion of
the prescribed period of study.
I hope this is of some help to you, but please do not
hesitate to let me know if you require any additional
information.
With best wishes
Yours sincerely
Richard Craven-Green
