Only 3 or 4 a year! Count yourself lucky, we have that number per week here.
It is disappointing that the proposed UCAS database is not happening now (unless
things have moved on since). We do need a single database to avoid filling out
these questionnaires repeatedly.
Otherwise, I suggest you devise your own standard info sheet and use that -
uncompromisingly.
