Closer scrutiny of the DfEE booklet (Page 37) indicates that tuition fees
WILL be paid for PGCE students. I assume therefore that the
continuing student reference on Page 3 relates to the maintenance
grant but whether they are end-on or not end-on the tuition fees will
not be means-tested! Sorry to have answered my own question but I
was saturated with the new arrangements last evening and had another
perusal of the booklet this morning!
