Having had a fruitful visit to the SLC last week, I am happy to take
up the latest concerns with staff there. I'm just off to a meeting
now but will ring them tomorrow.
The issues seem to be (in no particular order):
is this going to be a termly occurence?
is it in relation to the new 30 day regulation or connected to
payment by instalment?
is it possible to provide the list in alpha order for those
institutions that would find it useful?
is the whole thing necessary given that institutions already provide
information about withdrawals?
better information from the slc about the whole process would have
made these questions unnecessary or, at least they could have been
sorted out beforehand
Anything else??
