I've spoken to Karen Bayne on the telephone about this. I've refused to
supply any completion rates as there is no generally accepted way in the
sector to calculate them. Even if there a few common methodologies in use,
they are all open to interpretation and any comparison between figures
produced by different institutions would be meaningless.
