Can I make a plea on behalf of all the
digest recipients of this list
and ask people
not to post messages in HTML
or MIME with multipart/alternative
(often known in some mailers as "Quoted printable")?
Such messages are very difficult to read in the digests
and often produces countless indecipherable
lines of gibberish
which also end up in the archives.
Also non-digest readers who have certain mail programs
may not receive your posts at all.
I'm sorry if this sounds like nit-picking
but it is not
it is to point out that there are many different email programs about
and they don't always interact with each other
but when posting to any mailing list
the way to be sure of getting your message read
is to stick to sending it as plain/text
