There is an early release of a Java version of DC-dot available from our
metadata software tools page at
<URL:http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/software-tools/>
or more directly...
<URL:ftp://ftp.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/tools/dcdot/java/>
(Note this is a Java application, not an applet and requires Java 1.1 to
run).
More of a toy than a tool at the moment perhaps, but work is ongoing as
and when time is available. Java DC-dot currently enables you to create
Dublin Core HTML META tags and also save the results as a SOIF record or
using an XML representation.
Comments welcome...
Andy.
