I intend to review the user training that we offer, with the aim
of increasing it's effectiveness. I am interested in the way in
which other organizations train their users - do you provide
workshops ?, or is your training on a one-to-one, or two-to-one
basis ? And are there any problems that you have noticed ? Also,
how do you motivate your users to attend the courses ?
Any information (training booklets, fliers, posters etc) relating
to this topic will be much appreciated.
