DATE refers to the RESOURCE, yes. whether or not we agree on further
qualifiers, DATE refers quite specifically to the resource directly.
SOURCE refers to an object from which the electronic resource was
derived (the book from which the resource was described, the sculpture
of which the resource is a digital rendering...)
COVERAGE refers to the domain of the *content* (both time and space).
