Makes sense to me.
Another note about CONTRIBUTOR. I keep forgetting that its OK for Dublin
elements to have freetext content. So, it is not necessary to explicitly
tag the role of a contributor, it could show up in free text if the
"cataloger" so desires. So, in this case we might see any of:
<contributor>Keith Teague</contributor>
<contributor>thesis advisor: Keith Teague</contributor>
<contributor>advised by Keith Teague</contributor>
etc.
