I like the hierarchical nature of Terry Kuhn's suggestions,
although not necessarily with all his categories.
I also like Roy's comment about exploring existing lists.
The whole idea of indexing that which only comes into being only
on request is an interesting and difficult one. If a product is
generated on the fly (a GIS map with all sorts of overlays for
example), it is not created until requested, and is only in
existence for that particular request. So to index that is
redundant. What needs to be indexed is the broad family of products
that are delivered by the calling page.
The combination of the "original" list, plus suggestions already
submitted, I am sure will cover most possibilities.
I presume Roy will shortly put up a suggestion - I look forward
to being able to comment on that.
