I am not sure how overlapping could be implemented, although the
recommended <OBJECT> tag, which indicates media type as well as other
information may provide this level of metadata.
Perhaps something in this instance might be:
document.multimedia.various
I think, however, that most people would hope that a single document would
not have *too* many different kinds of resource-types embedded in it. For
example, a resource type along the lines of:
document.collection.gallery could certainly deal with a grouping of many
varied resource-types (even sculpture, if one could smash it into one's
hard drive). :-)
