I would like some clarification of the purpose of the html-metadata
list..... and I don't have the excuse of not being at Canberra.
I thought we had decided the syntax options at Canberra (the two interim
recommended syntaxes before PICS and/or Web collections take over)??
Apart from titles that start with brackets, that consist of mathematical
equations and such like niceties....
I understood the html-metadata list was an 'implementors list' for
discussion of deployment e.g. metadata creation tools, harvesting Dc etc
We picked up the name of the list from a moribund list that had been
kicking around when html syntax for DC was first under discussion. If my
understanding is correct I think the list name should be changed.
