Hi all,
we are five librarians working at a branch library for teacher education
(branch of the university library) and we are planning to make a trip this
Spring to study some progressive teacher education library in Europe, to get
new views and angles of approach for 1998 when we are moving in with the
main library getting a "corner" of our own. We would like to learn from some
leading library with lots of ideas on planning for a good teacher education
library, for instance when it comes to problem based learning, electronic
course reserves, new methods of using information and using the library +
staff in teaching and so forth.
Has anybody a good suggestion for a visit to an interesting library,
preferably in Europe since the US would be too expensive for us?
Thank you so much for your time and help,
Kerstin Olofsson
My apologies for cross-posting!
