A new beta release 1.0e of the free ZNavigator information retrieval
client for Windows PCs offers username and password entry to allow the
use of Z39.50 targets with authenticated access. This facility has been
provided in response to demand from end-users.
The software is mounted as a self-extracting archive linked to our
CaseLibrary project Web page, linked from the project homepage at
http://www.sbu.ac.uk/litc/caselib/ which also points to the Italian and
Spanish versions of the Web site.
It is also available by anonymous FTP from
ftp.sbu.ac.uk/pub/znavig/zn10e.exe
I would be interested to receive any comments and test results.
