Randolph Healy spoke of <<walking incredibly slowly in bare feet and
noticing every sensation.>>
and walking damn fast a very long time and noticing every sensation
that brings on whole body fatigue of course and but also elation
though I dont think orgasmic is the word - so I may try rh's exercises
we shut out sensations all the time except in certain environments /
contexts in which we say I am now going to notice sensations
something to do with supposed impropriety perhaps - dog suddenly upends and
washes its arse in the living room
<< When doing any of these exercises, I would avoid having any desire to
come out of it bearing a hot little poem>>
_ When doing any of these exercises, I would avoid having any desire to
come out of it_
or
_ When doing any of these exercises, I would avoid having any desire_
<<Yes and yes to reading aloud. And to noticing.>>
Poetry is noticing aloud?
