Quite true, it_ is _up to the others to join in and perhaps to attend
readings. The answer to the question _Why donīt they?_ may be the same for
list and readings. I am not saying that this list is for initiates only, I
have found everyone most helpful, indicating the way to the background I
need to understand some of what goes on here. It might be interesting
however to examine whether this perception exists, whether others do see us
(who are we anyway?!!) as navel-contemplators in our small corner, which
might go a certain way towards explaining the non-attendance/lack of
participation. This might lead to more effective ways of informing people
about this poetry/these poetries.
Then again it may not be important.
