Phew, thank you everybody now, post Scott M, for such warm
response (and defence); when I checked my mail coming in
today to work on the work in progress, all I had was Scott
M's response, and it did sock me! (But then, irony, and I
love ironies of fate, one of my fellow bandmembers has been
saying lately "I wish people would boo us offstage, rather
than clap politely" to which I always say "Mike, I'd *hate*
to be booed offstage!", so to each as they don't expect...).
Lawrence, thanks for the font advice, you and Keston
are both right to say, take your knox with your
fortifications if you post up... Allen, for the highly
dignifying contextualisation (what company)...
Elizabeth for the one-liner... everyone for the warmth.
I did find it hard to work on the work after
Scott M's (buoyed though by Scott T's), but that was good:
my pique helped me as I did write, as the word-selection
seemed to conjur up images of loss after battle, winded
woundedness. And now, after 2 hours work, I log on to all
this kindness, and am now buoyed to type up for an hour.
May post again then.
