Dear all,
(apologies for cross posting).
Just a quick note to let you in on the secret at last! (I've never
managed to keep something quiet for so long) - The Journal of
Information, Law and Technology (JILT) has won the inaugural Charlesworth
Group Award for electronic journals which was presented yesterday at the
ALPSPS/FIGIT meeting in London. As far as we know this is the first ever
award for an electronic journal and so like Helen Mirren at the last Emmy
Awards - "We're dead chuffed." :-) It also puts another trophy in the
eLib virtual tropy cabinet.
The main judging criteria were accessibility, overall design and
presentation, functionality, innovation and
navigation through the publication.

Best wishes
Nicola
