There are several persons on this list that have been dealing with
encoding issues (HTML 2.0 >, SGML, XML, PICS) and while I am all for
discussions concerning encoding and implementation, I'd like to keep
these all on one DC list. We already have 3 lists that are on the DC
as well as several others on HTML... I don't see why we should be
introducing another one that will have necessary and obvious overlaps.
This is my initial reation... I'd be interested to hear any others
opinions on this...
