Astralabe, so there is no doubt that he was a priest. Note the spelling, by the way. I suggested
in what George Ferzoco has called "the coolest article of 1995" that he got his name from an
anagram - "Astralabius, Puer Dei" (as he would have been called at his baptism) is an anagram
