dear george
the film is a 16 minute short made by the director when he was a film
student; i *think* that it is based on St Theresa of Avila. I have not
seen it, but have heard divergent opinions: that it is an intelligent
exploration of sexuality and spirituality; or that it is an excuse for
lots of tits'n'ass. Personally, I think we should have the chance to see
for ourselves [cf "Crash", paranoid and ill-informed discussions thereof;
cf "Moral panic", mechanism for drawing attention away from incompetent
and criminal government with majority of one]
