Well I've had lots of feedback on the DC Sub-Elements (now qualifiers)
document at <URL:http://www.roads.lut.ac.uk/Metadata/DC-SubElements.html>
and I'd like to see if there is a rough consensus that this set of
qualifiers is reasonable. If you don't think so, say now; silence will be
assumed to be consent as on the IETF mailing lists!
