Netskills Annual Report
The Netskills Project started in October 1995. As part of the reporting
procedures for eLib (Electronic Libraries) projects, Netskills produced an
Annual Report in August. This report, which follows the eLib guidelines,
looks at the activities and progress since the start of the project, the
interim evaluation results and future developments. It is felt important
that the community learns from both the successes and failures of projects
in the eLib Programme, and with that in mind there is a section in all such
reports on "Learning from the process of implementation".
The full Annual Report is quite readable and provides a good overview of
what the Netskills Team have been up to. The mailing list netskills-forum
may be used to provide Netskills with your reactions to this report.
