How about DCES records (Dublin Core Element Set Records).

Well funny you should say that but I just volunteered to the meta2
working group to come up with a basic list of possible Scheme and Type
subelements to get the ball rolling. But that won't be for a day or so
because I've got some code to hack, a ROADS workshop presentation to
prepare and yet more email to read... :-)
