I should point out that there is a mistake in the Times article that John
mentions. The article states that one in five public libraries offer
Internet access to the public this is incorrect. Our survey states that
approx one in five library AUTHORITIES offer Internet access but only one
in a hundred actual individual libraries offer public Internet access.
