un-acceptable Web practice will or should succeed. I

Look at Lycos, it uses animated GIFs extensively. Personally
I think that the way forward is to offer people something BETTER!
Thus in chemistry, we offer them more useable content instead.
Most who have seen it never animate a molecule again.
Thus rather than simply offer negative comments, one should
look to see how it might be done better.
