We had a few requests to mirror this in the UK, so it is now erm mirrored.
This gives lots of sensible advice (with reasoning) for good Web
resource design, and is well worth a look at if you are doing any kind of
Web page/resource creation or restructuring. The information is pretty
much browser independent (so no tips on e.g. doing backgrounds or
other browser dependent "tricks"); some of the links to other Web
resources are a bit old and shaky - however, the author is apparently
working on updates to the guide, as well as a PDF version.
