A very short article (I finally read it on the train!!!), but refers to
an earlier article with a little more meat in it. It does look as if URNs
may be nearer and more usable than we thought. But still any production
service looks like being towards the end of the current eLib programme.
Perhaps we should try to pilot one of the URN schemes mentioned in the
February article. Sorry I don't have the URL on my printout for you, but
start from the UKOLN mirror of the dlib journal.
