You should try out the Netmeeting attachment for audio-conferencing.
Audio is only two way. White board and chat is multi-user friendly.
Try it - I am very impressed by this facility.
As for you e-mail address book (no experience myself), however, if it is
presented as
a list, you could copy it to the clipboard and paste it back to where you
want it. I have
done this for eudora and it works.
By the way, we also have a real time chat facility which works great with ie
3.0.
