Mary (or someone bearing no resemblance at all to Mary!) replied to the
piece about NHSweb email forums with:

As I understand it, plan is for everyone to be connected to NHSnet anyway
(as part of the Clearing House thing). NHSweb services will come as a
freebie. Note how I neatly ducked the issue of paying for NHSnet
connection - not sure what's to happen in England.

Gosh. Spooks must exist after all. Think I've just had a message from
