I don't want to get involved in the "usual medical services" issue -
diferent organization methods - but want to say that for some time now many
of us in Portugal have been using fraxiparin instead of heparin in
ambulatory patients, heparin being kept for those admitted to hospital.
Though more expensive, it is very easy to use (one SC injection twice a day)
and extremely safe. Any comments?
