Head on.
They (the stereotype lawyers) nurture the conflict. They have an interest
in the continuation of the problem and need the negative aspects and
consequenses of any conflict.
We (the stereotype GP) cares, soothes the conflict. They don't have an
interest in continuation of problems. They try to stimulate the acceptance
of aspects and consequenses of any conflict.
