Sadly, a common tale. Indeed, referring anyone for
admission in my area (South Manchester) is now
virtually impossible.
The day is fast approaching when I will simply tell
all patients to go direct to A&E. Why waste time
getting shunted from pillar to post, specialty
to specialty, hospital to hospital. I have better
things to do.
