I reckon 3-5 / week. But I don't fill many in.
A local GP devised the following piece of prose which is sent
out by many local GPs to unwanted questionnaires.
===================================================================
Date as postmark
To whom it may concern
Subject: Questionnaires
The recipient of your questionnaire has found that his work
in general medical practice has become steadily more
demanding. The time available to him for reflection,
recreation and relaxation in the company of family and
friends is increasingly precious as he strives to reach
retirement with some of his intellectual, emotional and
physical reserves still intact.
Some time ago he decided that he should no longer spend any
time filling out questionnaires from mailing companies,
pharmaceutical houses, NHS trusts, postgraduate deans and
other persons whose unsolicited mailshots encroach on his
desk and doormat. The pleasure afforded by his strategic
withdrawal from postal harassment has proved restorative to a
degree greatly in excess of the time saved. He commends this
strategy to all his colleagues.
Your questionnaire is returned wishing you success in
whatever you hope to achieve from your project.....
May you achieve great wisdom....

It sure makes one feel good.
