Good news and bad news, as always.
Bad news is no, but the good news is that it doesn't need to. The Concept
(or prank) virus will only cause problems for those running Microsoft Word,
and puts rogue macros into the Normal.dot template. Effectively it pollutes
everything you do after you acquire it. The latest versions (word 7.0a) have
reminders built in which invite you to open unknown files without the macros,
thus preventing infection.
If you use Word as your editor for mail as I do with Win95 and windows
messaging, you might be at greater risk. In those circumstances, using
Scanprot will be a help.
