Microdoc's password facility offers DEFINED RIGHTS OF USERS.
Individuals, which could include a generic locum, can have their access
rights to specific areas flagged as allowing access or not:
e.g.
Viewing registration data
modifying patient registration data
modifying repeat prescriptions
issuing repeat prescriptions
etc etc
Users should probably have access restricted until they have
been adequately trained in the relevant areas of their job and
in the practice's data recording systems for those areas.
Surely other systems are configurable to permit defined access rights ?
