The latest efficency Scrutiny 'seeing the wood saving the trees' which
follows PNP set targets for all HA and Trust to be connected to NHS net
by 31 March 97 and all GPs (not just computerised ones) by 31 March 98.
You can expect these as targets for HA performance related pay. Look
what that did for HA-GP links.
