My two cent worth.........
But there _is_ evidence; there are plenty of people who _think_
they've been helped and in a sense, therefore, have; just because
it's not the kind of 'proof' we're used to we can't dismiss it! (And
as a medical geographer, let me add that most of what we consider
'proof' is pretty, erm, well, heroic, sometimes :-) )
If we're talking about _healing_ here, then there's plenty of
evidence. It's only if you're talking about scientific analysis that
we have a problem because the evidence simply hasn't been colated
(and as flame bait, I might ask why we've not had the guts to dare to
do this - what are we afraid of *grins and ducks!* )
