Is anyone else brave enough to admit that they seriously
doubt the role of this bacterium in causing DU's in
patients with so many other aetiological factors? Do our EBM
aware colleagues really believe that killing a "bug" will
spontaneously resolve the other issues? I've always been
very sceptical about the H. pylori role and quite frankly
think that the idea of being able to cure DU's by its
eradication just too good to be true.
