We looked into this but were advised by the HA that it might be construed as
putting pts to unacceptable expense and trouble to contact their GP and so a

Subject: mobile phones
Probably discussed in the past but before my time - if
so apologies.
Anybody out there currently routinely relying on mobile
phones for on-call patient access e.g. answermachine
message of "the doctor on call may be obtained on XXXX
XXXXXXXX " but using a mobile phone number?
