We have used mobile phones for 7 years now. We put a message on saying
ring our home number if no reply doctor is out on calls ring on his
mobile.
We have had almost no complaints, the patients, certainly when it was
novel, though it good to be able to get to the doctor like this.
We did put the numbers on our practice leaflets.
