We use mobile phones, but divert the surgery phone to them; this
means that the patient just pays for a local call, and the surgery
picks up the additional cost of phoning a mobile number.
More recently, we've acquired a "Personal Number", to which we
redirect incoming calls; we can then redirect this personal number to
any location or number we choose, so tonight I'll be able to switch
it from the mobile phone to Healthcall, and one of my partners will
be able to switch it to his own number, without anyone having to go
near the surgery.
