i find these times to be excellent for catching up with the
summarising,
extraction and data entry, and thinning of notes.
Having organised the notes with all significant items in the EMR, I
then permit
the originals (once culled) to go anywhere they like, except that
unintelligible handwritten notes which are not replaceable may only go
as
photocopies.
