Yes, if you use the Microsoft Network as your Internet Service Provider,
you can NOT use MS Internet mail.
I think this will change when Microsoft Network moves its network to
the web.
I have three mail programs on my computer.
1.Microsofts Windows Messaging, (the new version of Exchange), which I use
routinely to send and receive mail. My kids can also use this, using their own
profiles, which is why I keep it.
2. Eudora, which I downloaded free from the internet. This is very quick to open
and I use this to send mail while cruising the www.
3.MS Internet Mail, which I don't use yet, but keep handy just in case ...

Microsoft support line and was told that, believe it or not, it is not
