I suspect the decimal point is out by one position. Our co-op pays #300
for a standard overnight shift, which I think is in line with advice
from the National Association, and I don't think we've needed a premium
on this to fill the shifts over Christmas.
It is true, however, that the co-ops have a wide variation in pay rates,
perhaps depending on how "co-operative" they are. :-)
