Ahmad Risk is presenting some very interesting thoughts which I am
sure will be very practical WHEN and only when infinite bandwidth
becomes infinitely cheap (or as near as necessary!)
But please don't think Ahmad that we can do away with structured
info. When your browser says something HTMLish which translates as
"Get me the most recent platelet count on Alfredo Garcia" the path
lab will have to understand what is meant by "Platelet count",
"Alfredo Garcia", "most recent" and even "get me". Not a difficult
problem, but one which means the asking and answering systems will
need to do things the same way. Not EDIFACT (heaven forfend!) but
still structure I'm afraid!
