Can't say, Jon, that I get too many requests to carry out PRs.

Not sure that I can agree with this either. Most of the work on cardio-vascular deaths and
risks has been directed almost exclusively towards men until quite recently. As for prostates -
you say below that there is no good reason why men should feel reassure that they do not have a
craggy prostate - does it do them any good to know that they have got one - or perhaps does it
actually do some harm given our current state of knowledge?
