My technical adviser has such a kit and 'did' one of our inkjets very
satisfactorily when it evinced the same problem. A spring-loaded pan
scrubber is exactly what it is, and he says that if you can't get a kit from
HP or your agent, you can just as well buy one of those thin green scouring
cloths in a supermarket yourself and, holding onto it very firmly indeed,
feed it to the rollers while telling the machine to print.
