It is with pcAnywhere - access can be password limited and require dialback
(ie after the remote has logged in the host disconnects and immediately
dials the remote back at a telephone number which is linked to the
password).
The other advantage of dialback is that the bulk of the call is on the
surgery phone bill, not your home bill <g>
